Thank you for helping us provide

Over 2700 Meals to Families in the Tri-Cities Areas in 2024!

Sue’s Turkey Drive began when Anne Jordan reached out to Sue Flaherty, knowing her prior experience with a similar event. Together, with Sydney Kovis and Alisha Crawford, they formed Cherrymoor Charities to facilitate the turkey drive, ensuring its long-term success and impact.

What started as a small initiative has since grown into a major community-driven effort to provide Thanksgiving meals to families in need.Through the support of sponsors, volunteers, and donors, Sue’s Turkey Drive has expanded its reach, feeding thousands of families each year.

The event is more than just a meal distribution—it brings the community together, fostering generosity, unity, and the spirit of giving. Year after year, the initiative continues to grow, ensuring that no family in the community goes without a warm Thanksgiving meal.

Hear From the Community

We love serving and supporting our community, and its a community effort that brings these meals to families in need right here in the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas.

I hope you've had a moment to rest and recuperate from such a herculean effort. Even more, I hope you've allowed yourself a moment to realize what an impact you've made, this year and every other. Feeding 10,000 people is an amazing feat, and we are so deeply grateful for it and you.
